Characteristics of Al 1050 aluminum block plates
Al 1050 aluminum block plates has the general characteristics of aluminum, with low density, good electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, and good plastic processing performance. It can be processed into plates, strips, foils and extruded products, and can be welded by gas or argon arc. ,spot welding.
The Al 1050 aluminum block plates cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and its strength can be improved by cold deformation. The only form of heat treatment is annealing. The starting temperature of recrystallization is related to the impurity content and the degree of deformation, generally around 200°C. Increasing the content of iron and silicon impurities can increase the strength, but reduce the plasticity, conductivity and corrosion resistance.
